For Regular Presentation
1. Kindly note that your presentation slot is limited to a maximum of 15 minutes total, including both speaking time and discussion. Please ensure strict adherence to this timeline as the program schedule is fully booked, and the subsequent speaker relies on their allocated time to proceed.
2. You can use CD or USB flash drive (memory stick), make sure you scanned viruses in your own computer. Each speaker is required to meet her/his session chair in the corresponding session rooms 10 minutes before the session starts and copy the slide file (PPT or PDF) to the computer.
3. It is suggested that you email a copy of your presentation to your personal inbox as a backup. If for some reason the files can't be accessed from your flash drive, you will be able to download them to the computer from your email.
4. Please note that each session room will be equipped with a LCD projector, screen, point device, microphone, and a laptop with general presentation software such as Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Reader. Please make sure that your files are compatible and readable with our operation system by using commonly used fronts and symbols. If you plan to use your own computer, please try the connection and make sure it works before your presentation.
5. Movies: If your PowerPoint files contain movies please make sure that they are well formatted and connected to the main files.
Poster Presentation Guideline
1. The recommended poster size is 160cm (height) × 60cm (width).
2. Posters are required to be condensed and attractive. The characters should be large enough so that they are visible from 1 meter apart.
3. Please note that during your poster session, the author should stay by your poster paper to explain and discuss your paper with visiting delegates.
4. For the template or reference of the poster, please contact the organizing committee.
5. The Best Poster Presentation will be awarded with certificate and cash bonus.
Online Presentation
The online oral presentation will be conducted via ZOOM. Livestream information will be released prior to the conference commencement.
1.1 Presentation Preparation
Each presentation includes 3 minutes for preparation and Q&A / discussion.
The presentation PPT could be designed as you like with requirements as below:
- The conference logo should be added to each PPT slide;
- Title, presenter and affiliation information should be indicated in the first slide;
- Each slide should be concise, uncluttered and readable from a distance; include only key words and phrases for visual reinforcement.
Online Oral presenters can find their assigned presentation time by searching the paper ID on the conference program. All presentation times are shown in China Standard Time (GMT+8).
All presenters are requested to reach the Online Session Room prior to the schedule time and complete their presentation on time.
Signed and stamped electronic presentation certificate would be issued via e-mail after the conference.
1.2 Pre-recorded Video Presentation
If you are not able to deliver the presentation through Teams at your assigned time, please record the presentation at your convenience time and send It to us, we will play it at your speech time.
The video uploaded should be in the format of .mp4. Please check the below manners for reference:
The Video submission deadline is on April 30, 2026, please upload the video via Email.
The video would be posted on the conference website for interaction after pre-review and confirmation, if you do not want to post it publicly, please inform us via e-mail.
2. Online Poster Presentations
A collection of posters in PDF format (with/without audio) will be available at conference website for attendees to view starting on May 5, 2026
The posters can be prepared using any software (e.g., PowerPoint, Illustrator, etc.); however, they must be saved and uploaded in PDF format (Note: your Poster PDF should be one page only).
There is no size constraint for the poster, we recommend using page size of at least A3 or larger.
The Poster could be designed as you like with requirements as below:
- The conference logo and paper ID should be clearly shown in the header;
- Title, presenter, and affiliation information should be well indicated.
3. Important Notice
Due to the nature of an online conference, all posted video presentations and poster presentations will be available publicly. It is important for presenters to understand that items available at the conference website are, public, citable, shareable, and available online for a long time.
Presenters who have preliminary/sensitive data that do not comfortable posting online, please take care of your data and change the information you choose to include in your presentation.
For attendees, in case some works are in progress, we expect you not to cite them or download them without permission of the presenter.
